Saxophone - Tenor Nikkan

CIRCA:  1960's

This Nikkan Tenor Saxophone was made by the Nippon Band Instrument Company (Nikkan),  in the 1960's.   The Nikkan company was purchased and became part of the Yamaha Instrument Company.  Yamaha changed the Nikkan name to the famous YAS series.   This musical creation has an extensive copper base with copper spirals all over the instrument.  

 

This creation is also a Bluetooth speaker.

The Bluetooth Speaker sits under the very large copper spiral on top of the bell.  The sound is incredible.
