Violin with Driftwood

​This creation combines a violin with Florida driftwood.

 

The Violin has been cut into 4 sections;  Upper Body, Lower Body, Neck/Finger Board and the Scroll and Peg Box section.  All of the sections including the chinrest and tailpiece have been mounted on the violin and driftwood.  The creation also includes the violin bow.

 

The driftwood has been sanded and buffed with natural paste wax.

It is approximately 36" long, 29" tall and 12-14" wide.  It has a natural lean due to the driftwood.
